Builder Agreement Contract

This Builder Agreement Contract (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the parties as of the Effective Date, as defined below.

The Builder, as defined herein, agrees to undertake the construction project described in Exhibit A (the “Project”) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
